“The vacation trip you planned for my family this past summer is without a dout the most perfect vacation that any of us has ever had-and perhaps the very most memorable that any of us will ever know. You managed to avoid putting any two families, coming from 10 different locations in the U.S. on the same plane going to Jamaica and coming home which I felt was a work of magic. We all arrived on the same day and left of the same day, truly remarkable. The hotel was beautiful-there were things for all of us to do and the only time that anyone left the grounds was to climb the falls. The food was just as good as any cruise ship I have ever traveled on. The restaurant that did our birthday/anniversary celebration even printed up a program with menu and names for the event. our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The most praiseworthy occurrence was the loss of an engagement ring at the pool-when family was searching for it, a grounds-keeper came to see what they were looking for and when they explained he took it from his pocket and asked – ” is this it?”. One grandson overslept and missed his flight but, you wonderful travel agent that you are got him onto a plane the next day even though it was a holiday weekend in Jamaica. I can never thank you enough Heidi for the beautiful vacation you planned for us at Gran Bahia Principe in Jamaica”
